- On DWTS, Packer receiver Donald Driver not only got a higher score, but he got an apology from judge Len Goodman, who said he scored Double D too low last week. This time, Double D had a 24 which puts him in the middle of the pack. At least he's ahead of Urkle this week. The first elimination is tonight and if it's not Martina Navratilova, America will be shocked.

- A town in Italy has made it illegal to die. They say it's a tongue in cheek decree based on the fact that they don't have a cemetery and are fighting with a neighboring town over one. I think if you violate that law, it's going to be real hard to make the court appearance after you are cited.

A producer confronted Jones and kicked him off the show. IMHO, it was all staged.
